You can check the time of your sunset using the BBC Weather wesbite, or most weather apps will also give you the times you need. Find a comfy spot about half an hour before sunset time, make yourself a cup of tea and take the time to relax and reflect on three things you were grateful for today.
If you want to make this activity easier, you might want to try it in the Winter when the sun sets earlier in the day, but you might have to wrap up warm inside a sleeping bag.
